Macros

              - (MaK-RoWs).

              - Macros are temporary commands you yourself can make at your own reprimand.

For example. You want to make a shortcut key to put borders around a cell. Well, you should create a Macro, so that you don't have to use the mouse, and another thing: there is no shortcut key for putting a borders.

So, here's how.

1.                   Go to the View Tab.
2.                   Click on Macros.
3.                   Select Record Macro.
4.                   Type the Name of your Macro, and your desired shortcut key. (Hint: If you want the shift key to be in it, just press Shift along with the letter.)
5.                   Click OK.
6.                   The System will then start recording your Macro.
7.                   Since you want to put borders, put borders on the cell, and then click the Stop Recording Button (A small square at the bottom of the worksheet)

8.                   Your Macro is ready to be used.
